Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment or cancel outside of the relevant cancellation policy period, you will be charged the full price of your booking. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us by email only at the earliest convenience at booking.equiries@kurobakostudios.com so we have proof of communication of the cancellation. If you wish to reschedule please include the alternative dates and times for consideration.
