Mixing Services Booking Policy Scheduling Your Mix: Book your mixing session with ease. We suggest scheduling at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can fully prepare for your session. Rescheduling Flexibility: Life can be unpredictable, and we get that. If you need to reschedule, just give us a heads up 24 hours before your session. Send us an email at booking.enquiries@kurobakostudios.com with your new preferred time. Collaborative Mixing Experience: Mixing with artist supervision is a collaborative effort. We invite you to be part of the process, providing real-time feedback as we polish your tracks. Timeliness for Maximum Efficiency: Your punctuality helps us help you. If you’re running late, contact us—your session time is reserved for you, but ending times remain as scheduled. Pre-session Preparation: To ensure a smooth session, please have any notes or pre-mixing ideas ready to discuss. This helps us focus on enhancing your sound from the get-go. Adaptability in Session Length: If our session needs to extend to achieve your perfect sound, and our schedule allows, we’ll accommodate. Extra time will incur a charge at a prorated hourly rate. Missed Session Policy: We won’t charge for a missed session if it’s a rare occurrence, but please be aware that frequent no-shows may affect your booking privileges in the future.
